" The food here is amazing. It is more of a modern twist to Vietnamese cuisine but the flavors are outstanding. I've been in Houston for 19 years and ate at many Vietnamese restaurants around the city. I have never ate at a restaurant like this.

We had their spring rolls, lemongrass beef banh mi, artichoke appetizer based on other reviewers recommendation, and their sizzling beef steak. Every dish was creative and so flavorful.

We have been there twice in 1 week and will back!

" There’s a lot of good Vietnamese restaurants in Houston, but it’s rare you come across a great one. The spice profile they use just adds something wonderful to the food and really elevates it above so many other restaurants. Between the hand rolled spring rolls, to the generous portions, to the free crème brûlée bite, it’s an amazing experience from start to finish.

Best Vietnamese I've had that I can remember. And I've eaten it my whole life. We started with a Thai tea, but they add a nice little twist with coconut flavored jellies. Fabulous. For appetizer, we had the pork spring rolls - amazing! They add a little wonton wrapper for the perfect crunch and texture with the meat. We also got the lightly fried artichoke hearts/stems. They sprinkle some seasoning, lemon juice and olive oil.... So good! For our meals we got the shaken beef - high quality tender rare meat. We also got the ribeye pho and honestly, it was amazing. Since we were a win on all the previous choices, we decided to box up our left overs and order the mango sticky rice! We also got a couple of the bite size creme brulee spoon treats as well. I know. So much food. But everything we ordered was great, so we kept ordering! Chuong was our server, he was so helpful and nice! Ask for him. Great atmosphere with chill modern music.

" Really, really excellent. I eat a LOT of Vietnamese food and Miss V blew me away. It is much more gourmet than you are expecting. Interior is beautiful and clean. The ingredients are top quality and you can see that plainly with your eyes before you even taste it. Unbelievable flavor and presentation. I’m already planning on being back weekly to try as much as I can - it was THAT GOOD. If you enjoy Vietnamese or even if you’re wanting to try for the first time go here immediately, you won’t be disappointed.

Ordered:
1/2 shrimp 1/2 grilled pork spring rolls
Shaking chicken banh mi
Side fried rice
LOBSTER CURRY with sticky rice
Crème brûlée taster

10/10 seriously

" Let me first say I love the ambiance of this place. It's a blend between being modern and staying true to Vietnamese culture. We ordered the spring rolls (not pictured) and it had a generous portion of meat/seafood whereas other places would have more noodles instead. The shaking beef was juicy and tender. The salmon had a sweet and spicy glaze. Mango salad with tofu is a tasty plate for vegetarians/vegans. This place has lots of flavorful vegetarian options besides a plain salad. Creme brulee on a spoon is rich and such a cute idea! Don't hesitate to try this place out, you won't be disappointed! Can't wait to go back and dry more dishes. Presentation is beautiful as posted. " This place is phenomenal. A real family-owned feel with genuine love and care in the service you receive. The flavors are terrific. The egg rolls are only to Mai’s, and that’s saying a lot. Veggie and beef phos were both spot on and full of soul. "

Beautiful, welcoming and delicious new restaurant in the Katy/Richmond area. Everything we have tried on the Asian-themed menu has been fresh and flavorful - the hosts and servers are also warm, accommodating and very appreciative toward their guests. We have added Miss V to our list of great dining-out options.
